The box showed up really neat, and nothing was crushed or leaking at all. Happy with it ngl.

I’ve found some cool species here now and then, and it’s fun to browse when I’ve got a few minutes, usually with coffee in hand. The variety is decent, and every so often something interesting pops up that I wasn’t expecting. That said, a lot of the more common stuff I’m actually looking for seems to be out of stock when I check. Not a bad place at all, I just wish the selection stayed a little more consistent

The website was easy enough to get around, but it did feel a little clunky in some spots. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around more than I usually do to find what I needed. Compared to some competitor sites that feel a bit more polished and straightforward, this one could definitely use some cleanup. The search feature also wasn’t quite as helpful as I’d hoped. Overall, it’s not bad, just not the smoothest experience

One of mine showed up DOA, which was annoying, but they handled it fairly. No weird back-and-forth or runaround, just kind of... took care of it like you’d hope

I ordered from aqua-imports.com and the temperature has been staying right where I want it. No weird jumps or drops in the water, which is exactly what I was hoping for. So far, I’m happy with it...

The plants were healthy overall, but one of the leaves showed up damaged. It’s frustrating because this feels like it happened from careless handling or packing, someone should’ve caught that before sending it out.

The prices seemed okay at first, but once shipping was added it didnt feel like as much of a deal. Not bad overall, just kinda average value for me.

The product was described accurately, so no issue there, but the order showed up late and it was just annoying to deal with. I had to put in more effort than I expected just to follow up and wait around, which made the whole experience frustrating.

My order from Aqua Imports was mostly fine, but one item wasn’t the one I actually picked. Everything else showed up okay and matched my list, so that was good 🙂 I did have to message them about the mix-up, which was a little annoying. Not a horrible experience or anything, I just expected the order to be packed a bit more accurately!

I’ve ordered from aqua-imports.com a couple of times, and overall it’s been fine. My only real issue is the inventory. A few things I was interested in were either out of stock or seemed to disappear when I checked back later. They do have some really nice stuff when it’s available, I just wish it was a little more consistent, if that makes sense. Not a bad site at all, but not one I’d call amazing either

I felt good about it overall. Most of the fish showed up alive, which was the main thing I was hoping for. So far, it’s been a solid experience.

They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the timing was frustrating. A few replies took longer than I expected, and when they finally came through, it was usually after I’d already had to figure things out or wait around longer than I wanted. The answers were generally helpful, but not always super clear. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the communication definitely could’ve been better and a lot more timely.

The corals arrived looking healthy, and the colors were better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Overall I’m happy with the quality. That said, the packaging could’ve been a little neater, and one piece took a bit longer to open up than the others. Still, I’d say it was a solid experience and I’d consider ordering again

I had a question and thought, okay, here we go, this might take a while. But customer service got back to me really quickly and handled everything without making it complicated. Such a relief when something just gets sorted without any back and forth. I really appreciated it

I still remember opening the box and feeling that sinking feeling right away. Two of the fish looked sick when they arrived, and it was upsetting because I’d been looking forward to them. They just didn’t seem healthy from the start

A few of the prices just didn’t feel right to me. Some items seemed like they Cost more than they really should, so it kinda made the whole experience feel a bit off

I ordered a few fish from Aqua Imports, and I did appreciate that they included info about quarantine and preventing disease from spreading. I still did my own QT at home for 3 weeks just to be safe, and thankfully I didn’t notice any spots, flashing, or weird behavior.
The fish arrived looking healthy and started eating after about a day, so I’m happy with that part. My only real complaint is the shipping updates were slow, and when I reached out it kind of felt like my concern was dismissed instead of actually answered. Still a good experience overall, just wish the communication had been better...

I’d been looking everywhere for this rare fish and didn’t think I’d have much luck, but they actually had it in stock. It was a nice surprise and definitely exceeded what I expected...

They did get the species ID right on the fish, which I definitely appreciate. But, umm, the shipping updates were slow, and one of the bags ended up leaking. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, it was a bit disappointing.
